Lactation Support

While breastfeeding is natural, it doesn't always come easy. Both mother and baby are learning. Even experienced mothers need help sometimes with a baby who may do things a little different than previous nurslings.

Prenatally, we can discuss your goals for breastfeeding and work together to prepare you for the very best breastfeeding experience. After birth, together we can work on latch, positioning and technique.

Lactation assistance is offered immediately following birth and at every postpartum visit. For the families that still need a little more hands on attention, additional visits are available.
